Mr. Bartosz Kowalczyk graduated in 2010 from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, majoring in law. He gained professional experience both working in law firms and as an in-house lawyer, in private and public companies, in particular in the chemical industry. He has many years of experience in managing internal legal departments and performing supervisory functions in capital groups with a global reach. He has conducted numerous M&A transactions and negotiations of strategic contracts for both Polish and foreign entities.

Marek Piosik graduated from the Faculty of Machines and Transportation of the Poznań University of Technology, the Faculty of Economics of the Poznań University of Economics and Business as well as the Faculty of International Business and Economics (doctoral studies). He also completed postgraduate studies in the scope of monetary policy (Functioning Mechanisms of the Eurozone) at the Faculty of Economics of the Poznań University of Economics and Business. He has developed his professional career in the IT, logistics and electronic industries. He gained international experience in the logistics area, working in BMW AG and Gate Gourmet GmbH. In the IT area, he was a consultant implementing the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system – InCaDeA in the automotive industry in IT.Integro sp. z o.o. (a Microsoft Gold Partner). In 2009, he became involved in Eurocash S.A. Group, where he implemented many projects concerning development, restructuring and integration in various companies of the Group in the areas of logistics, IT (SAP) and CRM. Since 2012, he has been a shareholder and President of the Management Board in PointPack.pl S.A. – a technological company delivering IT services and solutions for the trade and courier branches in the scope of the first and last mile in urban logistics. Since August 2013, he has been a Supervisory Board Member in Grawiton S.A. and since June 2014, he has been a Supervisory Board Member in Prime Minerals S.A. – a company listed on NewConnect share market.

Krzysztof Szymański is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and the Department of State Administration and Foreign Services at the PWSBiA in Warsaw. He completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Public Relations Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Faculty of Journalism at the University of Warsaw. For 18 years he has been involved in public relations, specializing in managing social conflict and mediation. Author and coordinator of implementation of procedures and principles of internal communication and crisis communication, as well as procedures in the field of organization management of the organization, both towards the social and media environment. In the years 2002-2006 he was a member of the College of the Management Board of P.P. "Porty Lotnicze", managing the Public Relations Office responsible for the management of the image of the PPL entities, including the Chopin Airport in Warsaw and the Air Traffic Agency. Since 2006, he has been advising companies whose operations have a significant impact on the environment (line investments, processing plants, etc.) in terms of managing their image and communication with local communities. In 2012-2014, he coordinated the communication process of the Elemental Holding debut on the New Connect market and then the issuance of the company's first public offering as part of the transition to the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. At the same time, in 2010, he returned to the structures of PPL as the main specialist in crisis communication, from where he moved to the Warsaw Polytechnic in 2014 as a spokesperson. From 2015, he has been associated with the Investment Promotion Agency as a spokesperson, chief specialist in social communication and social mediator. Member of the Elemental Holding Supervisory Board in 2015-2019.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw, with specialization in Finance and Banking. He is a legal adviser and a member of the Circuit Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. He has acquired his professional experience when co-operating with a renown Polish law firm where his duties and responsibilities included providing on-going services to business entities, including listed companies, corporate matters and advisory services concerning capital transactions. He has also provided advisory services in terms of transactions with international contractors as an in-house lawyer. An area of his expertise includes capital transactions, negotiations, providing advisory services in corporate matters and managing corporate conflicts, mergers and acquisitions and introduction of securities trade to the regulated market, NewConnect and Catalyst. He has participated in projects involving public offerings and managing a team of lawyers, in reverse takeover of public companies, acquisition of a re-assurance company, as well as transactions of acquisition and leasing of aircrafts. He has acquired a significant experience in providing advisory services in terms of bond issues, including these requiring complicated securities.

A graduate of the Faculty od transport department at the Radom University of Technology, from the beginning of his professional career associated with PKP Energetyka Zakład Mazowiecki. In a managerial position since 2000. Responsible for the supervision and reconstruction of traction networks on railway lines, reconstruction of high voltage lines and replacement of the construction of Warsaw trams.
